What we are. iLoveTender.com is an information and training service. We are not a bidding platform, not an agent, and not connected to GeM, any State e-procurement portal or any Government department. No bid is ever placed on this website.
Where the information comes from. All tender information we share with our registered users is collected from open, publicly available sources published by Indian Government departments on their own portals.
We do not guarantee accuracy. Mistakes can happen while collecting, converting and presenting this data. We never claim that the information we provide is confirmed or correct. You must verify every detail on the original tender document on the Government portal, and complete the whole process directly with the source, before spending any money or taking any decision.
If the open source stops. If a Government portal stops publishing this data openly, the information service may stop or reduce. Our other services (formats, video training, support) will continue. The information service can only run for as long as the open source runs. A plan is not refunded for this reason.
How your fee is used. Your subscription fee is allocated as follows: tender information 10%, OEM declaration format 5%, MSME exemption format 5%, MII certificate format 5%, Joint Venture & Power of Attorney formats 5%, and video training and filling support 70%. The information part is kept at 10% because similar information is available from other providers as well.
Refund in an information dispute. If you raise a dispute about the tender information itself, the refund is limited to the 10% of your fee that is allocated to the information service, as set out above. The rest of the fee covers formats, video training and support, which remain available to you. Our full refund and cancellation policy applies alongside this.
Your responsibility. You will check every tender on the Government portal yourself, meet the eligibility conditions yourself, and submit your bid yourself on the Government portal. We do not promise that you will win, or that you are eligible for, any tender.
We may stop the Service at any time. The fee you pay is a small share of what this kind of service normally costs. It is priced that way so small contractors can use it, not as a promise that the Service will run for any fixed period. We may change, pause or close the Service or the website at any time, with or without notice and without giving a reason. In that case no refund is payable for the remaining part of a plan, and we are not liable for any tender or business you may miss.
Advertising. We may show advertisements, sponsored listings or promotional content anywhere on the website and in our emails, and change or remove them at any time. You cannot object to this and no share of that income is payable to you. Advertisers do not decide which tenders are shown to you.

Hum kya hain. iLoveTender.com ek information aur training service hai. Hum bidding platform nahi hain, na kisi ke agent hain, aur na GeM, kisi State e-procurement portal ya kisi sarkari vibhag se jude hue hain. Is website par kabhi koi bid nahi bhari jati.
Information kahan se aati hai. Jo bhi tender ki jaankari hum apne registered users ko dete hain, wo Indian Government ke vibhagon dwara unke apne portal par khule (open source) roop me publish ki gayi hoti hai.
Sahi hone ka dava nahi. Ye data uthaane, badalne aur dikhane me hamse galti bhi ho sakti hai. Hum apni di hui jaankari ko "confirm sahi hai" kabhi claim nahi karte. Paisa lagane ya koi faisla lene se pehle aapko har baat Government portal ke asli tender document par khud jaanchni hogi, aur poora kaam seedhe source se hi karna hoga.
Agar open source band ho jaye. Agar sarkari portal ye data khule roop me dena band kar de, to information service ruk ya ghat sakti hai. Hamari baaki services (formats, video training, support) chalti rahengi. Information service utni hi chal sakti hai jitna open source chale. Is wajah se plan ka paisa wapas nahi hota.
Aapki fees kis cheez ki hai. Aapki fees is tarah banti hai: tender information 10%, OEM declaration format 5%, MSME exemption format 5%, MII certificate format 5%, Joint Venture aur Power of Attorney formats 5%, aur video training tatha filling support 70%. Information ka hissa 10% hi rakha gaya hai, kyunki aisi jaankari doosre providers se bhi li ja sakti hai.
Information par vivaad ho to refund. Agar aap tender ki jaankari ko lekar vivaad uthate hain, to refund utna hi hoga jitna information service ka hissa hai — yaani aapki fees ka 10%. Baaki fees formats, video training aur support ki hai, jo aapko milti rehti hain. Iske saath hamari poori refund aur cancellation policy bhi lagu rehti hai.
Aapki zimmedari. Har tender aap Government portal par khud jaanchenge, shartein khud poori karenge, aur bid khud Government portal par bharenge. Hum ye vaada nahi karte ki aap koi tender jeetenge ya kisi tender ke liye eligible hain.
Service kabhi bhi band ho sakti hai. Aap jo fees dete hain wo is tarah ki service ki asli laagat ka chhota sa hissa hai — lagbhag 10%. Ye daam isliye rakha hai taaki chhote contractor bhi ise le sakein, is vaade ke saath nahi ki service hamesha chalti rahegi. Hum website ya service ko kabhi bhi, bina bataye aur bina wajah diye, badal sakte hain, rok sakte hain ya band kar sakte hain. Aise me bache hue plan ka refund nahi milega, aur kisi chhoote hue tender ya kaam ke liye hum zimmedar nahi honge.
Vigyapan (ads). Hum website par aur apne mail me kahin bhi vigyapan, sponsored listing ya prachaar laga sakte hain, aur jab chahe hata ya badal sakte hain. Is par aapki aapatti nahi hogi aur us aamdani ka koi hissa aapko nahi milega. Kaun sa tender aapko dikhega, ye vigyapan dene wale tay nahi karte.
