Refund & cancellation policy

iLoveTender is a prepaid digital subscription. Access starts immediately after payment is confirmed. Please read this before you pay.

Try before you pay

Every new account gets a free trial with full access, so you can see the tender data, search and filters before spending anything. We ask you to use the trial first, because a digital subscription is delivered the moment it is paid for.

Cancellation

• Plans are for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. There is no auto-debit, so nothing needs to be cancelled to stop future charges.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. The plan simply ends on its expiry date.

When we refund

• Duplicate payment. If the same plan was paid for twice, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Payment taken but access not given. If money was deducted and your plan did not activate, and we cannot activate it, we refund in full.
• Service not usable. If the Service is unavailable from our side for a continuous period, we refund that part of your plan period, or extend your plan by the same period, whichever you prefer.
• We end your plan. If we stop offering the Service, we refund the unused part of your plan.

Dispute about the tender information

Our fee is allocated across several services (see the terms): tender information 10%, OEM declaration format 5%, MSME exemption format 5%, MII certificate format 5%, Joint Venture & Power of Attorney formats 5%, and video training and filling support 70%.

If you raise a dispute about the tender information itself — for example a notice that was listed incorrectly, or information that stopped being available because the Government portal stopped publishing it openly — the refund is limited to the 10% of your fee that is allocated to the information service. The remaining part of the fee covers the formats, video training and support, which remain available to you.

When we do not refund

• Change of mind after the plan has started and the Service has been used.
• You did not win a tender, or were not eligible for one. We provide information and training only; we do not promise any tender outcome.
• A Government portal changed, delayed or withdrew a tender notice.
• Access ended because the account breached our terms, for example bulk copying or resale of data.

How to request a refund

Email support@ilovetender.com within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email address, with the payment reference and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. After that, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider.

Workshops and paid sessions

A seat can be cancelled and refunded in full up to 24 hours before the session starts. After that, the seat is not refundable, but the recording and material are shared with you.
