What iLoveTender is, and what it is not.

iLoveTender is operated by ASHRIC GROUP, based in Sector 122, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We are a subscription-based information service for contractors, suppliers and small firms who supply goods and services to government departments in India.

What our customers pay for

• Daily tender information. Tender notices published on GeM and State e-procurement portals, organised by state, district, department and type of work, with search and filters.
• Email alerts. A customer saves the kind of work and locations they are interested in, and receives a daily email of matching new notices.
• Ready formats. Standard declaration formats commonly required with a tender application, available on our higher plans.
• Tender filling support. A recorded step-by-step video, and on the yearly plan, assistance from our executive while the customer fills the application on the Government portal.

Where the data comes from

All tender notices shown on iLoveTender are published publicly by Government departments on their own portals. We collect, organise and present that information so it is easier to search. We do not alter tender documents, and we always link to the original document on the Government portal. Customers are advised to verify every detail on the original notice before acting on it.

What we do not do

• We do not place bids on behalf of any customer.
• We do not charge a commission, success fee or any share of tender value.
• We do not guarantee that any customer will win any tender.
• We are not connected to, endorsed by, or an agent of GeM, any State e-procurement portal, or any Government department.
