This policy explains what ASHRIC GROUP collects when you use iLoveTender, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you register	Firm name, contact person's name, email address, mobile number
When you use the Service	The filters and saved sets you create, tenders you download or share, sign-in times, device label and IP address
When you pay	Payment reference, amount and date from our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to your account and keep it secure.
• To send the daily alert emails you asked for, and service emails such as one-time codes, payment receipts and plan expiry notices.
• To enforce the device limit on your plan.
• To detect misuse, such as bulk copying of data.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your details with advertisers.
• We do not send marketing emails from other companies.

Who else sees your data

Only the service providers we need to run the Service: our web hosting provider, our email provider, and our payment provider. Each receives only what is needed for their part. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account exists, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Sign-in logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your choices

• You can turn any alert set off at any time from your dashboard.
• You can sign out any device from the Devices page.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by writing to support@ilovetender.com. We will act within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and, if you choose "remember me", a longer-lived cookie for the same purpose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain form. Access to our database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
