Terms & conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms govern your use of iLoveTender (the "Service"), operated by ASHRIC GROUP, Sector 122, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept these terms.

iLoveTender is an information and training service. We publish government tender notices that are already public, and we teach contractors how to fill a tender application correctly. We do not run an auction or a bidding platform, no bid is ever placed on this website, and no money moves between users. Tender submission always happens on the Government's own portal (GeM or the relevant State e-procurement portal), directly between the contractor and the department.

1. What the Service provides

The Service is a paid subscription that gives you access to tender notices published by Government departments on public portals, along with search, filters, saved filter sets, daily email alerts, download and share tools, ready declaration formats, and tender filling support, depending on the plan you buy.

2. What the Service does not provide

3. Where the information comes from

All tender information shown to registered users is collected from open, publicly available sources published by Indian Government departments on their own portals (GeM and State e-procurement portals). We do not receive any data privately from any department.

Hinglish — Jo bhi tender ki jaankari hum apne registered users ko dete hain, wo Indian Government ke vibhagon dwara unke apne portal par khule (open source) roop me publish ki gayi hoti hai.

3A. If the open source stops

If a Government portal stops publishing this data openly, the information service may stop or reduce. Our other services — declaration and JV / Power of Attorney formats, video training and filling support — will continue. The information service can run only for as long as the open source runs, and a plan is not refunded for this reason.

Hinglish — Agar sarkari portal ye data khule roop me dena band kar de, to information service ruk ya ghat sakti hai. Baaki services chalti rahengi. Is wajah se plan ka paisa wapas nahi hota.

3B. How your fee is used

Your subscription fee is allocated as follows. The information part is kept at 10% because similar information is available from other providers as well.

Tender information (search, filters, daily alerts)10%
OEM Declaration format generation5%
MSME exemption format generation5%
MII certificate format generation5%
Joint Venture & Power of Attorney formats5%
Video training & filling support70%

4. Accuracy of tender information

Tender information is collected from public Government portals and presented as received. Portals change, correct and withdraw notices without notice to us. You must check the original tender document on the Government portal before taking any decision or spending any money. We are not liable for any loss arising from a notice that was changed, withdrawn, delayed or incorrectly listed.

We never claim that the information we provide is confirmed or correct. Mistakes can happen while collecting, converting and presenting this data. Please complete the whole process directly with the source — the Government portal — and verify every detail there before spending any money.

5. Your account

5. Plans and payment

6. Free trial

New accounts receive a limited free trial. The trial runs on clock time from when it starts, whether or not you are signed in. When it ends, access to paid features stops until you buy a plan.

7. Ending access

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, in particular bulk copying, resale of data, or sharing one account across firms.

7A. We may stop the Service at any time

The subscription fee is a small share — about 10% — of what this kind of service normally costs. It is priced that way so that small contractors can use it, not as a promise that the Service will run for any fixed period.

Because of that, we may change, pause or close the Service, the website, or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and we are not required to give a reason. In that case no refund is payable for the remaining part of a plan, and we are not liable for any tender, bid or business opportunity you may miss. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not subscribe.

7B. Advertising and sponsorship

We may show advertisements, sponsored listings or promotional content anywhere on the website and in our emails, and we may change or remove them at any time. You cannot object to this, and no share of that income is payable to you. Advertisers do not decide which tenders are shown to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost tenders, lost profits or lost opportunity.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
